Our Private Jet Sales Consultants manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! You will be supporting our New York Private Jets Assistant Director while providing high quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure our client’s chartering experience is a success!

ACS New York is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in going the extra mile.

Job Description

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU

  • $65,000K base salary + opportunities for commission

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Supporting the Private Jet Assistant Director's clients list
  • Building your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn trade press etc.
  • Building relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Working to sales targets meeting financial objectives
  • Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
  • Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)
