For most, our web presence is the first impression of Aikido, no matter where they land aikido.dev, our blog, our open source repos, sub-sites, documentation— we need to create an effective interactive web experience for our demanding, technically-savvy audience of developers.

Our web presence must not only inform and guide but also captivate visually. 

As a Webflow Developer & Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building Aikido's visual and digital presence. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects like brand development, graphic design, mini-sites, product launches, interactive design, acquisition design, and push the boundaries of what is possible with Figma and Webflow development.

• Proficiency in Webflow and a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, web design, and development skills.
• Experience as a Digital Designer and Webflow Developer or similar role
• Excellent Figma and graphic design skills, a keen eye for brand and high conversion marketing design
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web development best practices.
• You are someone who loves to experiment, is comfortable in chaos, and will hit the ground sprinting
• Sharp attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency.
