Job Description

What you will be doing:

You will support Aiden’s revenue growth by driving sales – everything from identifying targets, qualifying opportunities, and of course, closing new logos and generating revenue. 

You will also be able to contribute in the following ways: 

  • Self-generate opportunities by creating and maintaining an evolving list of target accounts that match Aiden’s strategic focus and target buyer personas 

  • Move prospects through the entire sales cycle, including outreach, qualification, leading discovery calls, coordinating demos, generating proposals, and supporting buyers with anything they need to close the sale (cost justifications, legal reviews, negotiations, etc.). 

  • Lead negotiations, coordinate a complex decision-making process, and overcome obstacles and objections to closure. 

  • Frequently update the CRM and other data platforms with accurate information and details about opportunities, call notes, contact details, etc. 

  • Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Aiden’s solution as well as stay up to date with industry trends and technical developments to best understand how to position Aiden in the market. Aiden is an innovation sale and requires reps to have an expert understanding so they can help buyers identify use cases and answer questions buyers have along their learning/evaluation journey. 

  • Collaborate with various internal cross-functional groups as needed to facilitate closing business and ensure promises made to clients are approved and then upheld by the customer success team. 

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

  • 5+ years of enterprise solution sales experience selling IT, Cybersecurity, and/or other SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Demonstrated success at an early-stage, high-tech startup is greatly preferred. 

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quota in selling IT, Cybersecurity and/or SaaS solutions. 

  • An entrepreneurial spirit eager to take initiative, get things done, and help accomplish team goals. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage data and excellent record-keeping skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills with a confident and proactive approach to sales. 

  • Proactive, resourceful, knows when to raise a hand and ask for help.  

 

What you will receive 

Aiden Technologies Inc. strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for this United States based position is $100,000 - $150,000. This range is not inclusive of any potential commissions or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
