As an Operations Intern at Agrigate Network Limited, you will be an integral part of our efforts to revolutionize the agricultural landscape in Bangladesh. This role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support our mission of sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing consultation and guidance to farmers on best agricultural practices.
• Support in the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing farmer development projects.
• Aid in data collection and analysis to assess the impact of initiatives on farmers' livelihoods.
• Participate in coordinating with financial institutions to assist farmers in accessing loans and financial resources.
• Support the coordination of sales activities at Agrigate Centers.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication with government and non-government organizations.
• Help in the documentation of interactions, projects, and partnerships.
• Assist in the registration process for farmers on our platform and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

Qualifications: 

• Enthusiastic fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural practices, rural development, and farmer engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with project management principles and documentation.
• An understanding of banking and financial services is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
