Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying potential customers and market opportunities through market research and analysis.

2. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, make follow-up calls, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

3. Participate in field visits and meetings to observe and learn sales techniques from experienced team members.

4. Aid in the preparation of sales materials and presentations for client meetings and product demonstrations.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

6. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including organizing sales materials, documents, and files.

7. Learn about the features and benefits of our products and services to effectively communicate them to potential clients.

8. Assist in identifying and attending relevant industry events and trade shows to promote our offerings.

9. Gather feedback from customers to contribute to the improvement of our products and services.

10. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in sales, particularly within the agricultural industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-friendly approach.

4. Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

7. A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
