• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Agrigate's overall mission and goals.
• Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in both head office and field operations.
• Effectively allocate and manage resources to achieve operational targets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations, both at the head office and field levels.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors, to drive operational success.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for different operational areas.
• Oversee field operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, particularly in regions where we operate.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies for risk prevention and crisis management.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

1. Minimum educational requirement is  BBA  from any reputable university.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate or startup environment.
3. Knowledge of corporate structures, both at the head office and field levels.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Proven track record of process optimization and efficiency improvement.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in Agriculture/Livestock is a plus.
