Job Description

  • Collect and monitor financing requests from the field team
  • Track repayment status and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support the operational team in day-to-day administrative activities as needed
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate data records

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in administration, operational support, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for monitoring and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn and adapt to operational processes
  • Comfortable working with data monitoring and reporting
  • Available to join ASAP is preferred
