Job Description
- Collect and monitor financing requests from the field team
- Track repayment status and follow up on outstanding items
- Support the operational team in day-to-day administrative activities as needed
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate data records
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in administration, operational support, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for monitoring and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and adapt to operational processes
- Comfortable working with data monitoring and reporting
- Available to join ASAP is preferred
