• Collect and monitor financing requests submitted by the field sales team.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financing data and documentation.
• Track and monitor repayment status and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the sales and operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and data records.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and provide basic analysis to support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or operational support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data tracking, monitoring, and operational reporting.
