Job Description
- Collect and monitor financing requests submitted by the field sales team.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financing data and documentation.
- Track and monitor repayment status and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and data records.
- Assist in identifying operational issues and provide basic analysis to support problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or operational support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data tracking, monitoring, and operational reporting.
