• Sourcing & meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and
• Communicate any product or service-related concerns
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Implementing vendor selection to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
• Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
• Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
• Control logistics cost to achieve the cost matrix target, reviewing invoices from Vendor and monitoring invoice payment process.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., IT, healthcare, manufacturing, finance) if applicable.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, SLA management, and cost optimization
