We are here to provide services for the needs of saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) or agricultural production facilities that can be ordered through the application, anytime and anywhere with ease.

• Exploring both UX research (to understand users’ experience in using a product) and market research (to understand the market landscape for a certain product or brand).
• Initiating & Conducting user research with different kinds of methods such as focus group discussion, usability testing, in-depth interview, ethnography, and other user tests to increase the understanding of users' needs.
• Formulating the research initiatives based on the team's and organization's needs.
• The ability of synthesize data, develop conclusive and actionable insights in a report.
• The ability of translate the result into a list of features, storytelling presentation and strategic recommendation for stakeholders that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with different teams in each project (mainly product, product design, business development, and marketing) to provide impactful insights for their decision-making process.

• Min. 1–2 years of experience in product, UX, or market research with education: D4 or Bachelor Degree with IPK >3.0, from any major.
• Excellent in research, defining the problem, and design thinking process.
• Experience with conducting user research.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding, critical thinker, empathy, and sense about users behaviour.
• In-depth understanding of UI UX, various UX research method and product development.
• Motivated, high curiosity, dynamic and result-oriented.
• Experience implementing design choices based on user feedback.
• Proficiency in English both writing and verbally.
