We are here to provide services for the needs of saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) or agricultural production facilities that can be ordered through the application, anytime and anywhere with ease.

• Manage a team of Frontend Engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
• Manage and Growing individual team members (from Junior - Senior) and maximizing their potential contributions.
• Assist with filtering and interviewing new talent to Organization.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
• Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with the stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related fields.
• At least 5 years of total working experience as a Software Engineer.
• At least 3 years experience using React.
• Have a strong understanding in web fundamental.
• Experienced in handling cloud server such as AWS / GCP.
• Experienced in CI/CD such as Jenkins / Github Actions.
• Experienced in Code Versioning such as Github / Gitlab.
• Experienced in Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
• Experienced in modular architecture.
• Worked in a startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
• Having strong analytical, logic thinking and decision making capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Able to communicate effectively with other engineers, peers, stakeholders, and management.
• Able to solve complex problem solving, build an elegant, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Passionate about fostering good engineering practices and processes.
