We are here to provide services for the needs of saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) or agricultural production facilities that can be ordered through the application, anytime and anywhere with ease.

• Design the right business strategy, operating model, organization structure, and required infrastructure to deliver the target
• Design & build rice business unit team from operations, sourcing, commercial
• Manage everyday end-to-end operations from building network for sourcing, supply chain, processing, quality control and commercial within rice unit
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Has the agility to develop different business model & regions covered within rice unit
• Familiar with different technology (or able to design technology required) to advance business processes

• Minimum 4 years working experience
• Experience in the broader agriculture sector is preferred
• Experience in rice trading business is preferred
• Exposure to tech start-up working environment (fast paced, high performance) is preferred
• Good communications, interpersonal and leadership skills proven with prior experience in leading sizable team
• Had exhibited ability to perform and meet sales target in previous professional experience
