We are here to provide services for the needs of saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) or agricultural production facilities that can be ordered through the application, anytime and anywhere with ease.

• Gather user/customers feedback and turn those into product requirements.
• Prioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements based on customers needs
• Lead agile product development process
• Collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, & Operation team to create the solution
• Work closely with product designers to design best-in-market UI/UX for users
• Develop roadmaps based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.
• Review user stories to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirements
• Review scenario tests for the improvements, features, and projects to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirement.
• Manage multiple Product Metrics such as Daily Active User & Monthly Active User
• Do comprehensive testing such as A/B testing, pilot test

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Have an experience 2-5 years of experience as a product Manager or Project Management
• Experience in agile scrum method
• Have knowledge about technical/system development will be plus
• Have knowledge about user design & Experience element
• Have knowledge about customer research
• Comfortable with ambiguity or fast changing environment
• Have a good communication & collaboration skills

• Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
