• Conduct market intelligence, and analyze market trends and business opportunities
• Develop strategies for market development and communication materials
• Create initiative for Field Strategy activities
• Commercial alignment and communication with Principal PIC/Managers, and deliver feedback to Key Account Manager
• Control, plan, and execute field scale testing programs for Demand Creation Activities
• Lead the Area Promoters for conducting small field activities
• Provide techincal information about crop products 
• Responsible for field development of his respective crop focus
• Build presence and good relationship with local principal and key farmer influencers
• Build profile as technical expert in the territory
• Data management, quality review and timely reporting of activity results and push POG from Sellers-Mitra-Farmers

• He/She, with a big passion of Marketing Analysis and Development, with max 30 years old
• A Bachelor Degree (Post Graduate are welcome), came from Major of Agribusiness, Marketing, and Social economics
• Have a supportive profile, with a good leadership and team management
• Good communication skill, and likely to always doing development on data templates, and market intelligence update
• 3-5 years minimum experiences as marketing Communication, Business Development, and Account Management, will be more prefer from Agribusiness sector
• Like to visit market, field, and rural farming areas
• Excellent skill on computer with many applications, and also good on creating presentation
• Consistent on reporting and data analysis is a must
• Ex Multinational Agri Company are most welcome
