• Conduct market intelligence, and analyze market trends and business opportunities
• Develop strategies for market development and communication materials
• Create initiative for Field Strategy activities
• Commercial alignment and communication with Principal PIC/Managers, and deliver feedback to Key Account Manager
• Control, plan, and execute field scale testing programs for Demand Creation Activities
• Lead the Area Promoters for conducting small field activities
• Provide techincal information about crop products 
• Responsible for field development of his respective crop focus
• Build presence and good relationship with local principal and key farmer influencers
• Build profile as technical expert in the territory
• Data management, quality review and timely reporting of activity results and push POG from Sellers-Mitra-Farmers

• Bachelor Degree, preferrable on Agricultural majors, from reputable University/Academic
• Had 3 years minimum experiences as Field Assistant/Agronomist/Market Development on Agricultural business sector
• A Team Player and a strong independent contributor, with excellent persuasive communication
• Having a lot of inisiative, and strategic analytical to be oriented on deliver progress to result
• Have a strong market understanding of AgriBusiness, and rich of knowledge on Agriinput (Fertilizer, AgriChemicals, Seeds, others)
• Understand and able to execute of Demand Creation process, supply chain understanding will be a great values
• Consistent and supportive on doing report update, with advance abilities on development a report materials with MS Office, Google  Sheets and other technology application
• Enjoying a daily to the field and rural farming environment
