Job Description

1. Business Analysis & Research
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the
business, including research of market data, etc


2. Project planning, project progress monitoring and reporting

  • Helps developing detailed plans of a project, i.e., charters, schedules, identifying project goals and setting timeline
  • Closely monitor each project to ensure projects remain on track and meet the objectives, escalating issues and as business partner to help mitigating issues or risks occurred
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting project results that will be later used to measure project success and any setbacks faced for improvement

3. General assistance (for investor funding & corporate strategic)
A Project Manager may also be asked to perform clerical duties in regards to management usage such as prepare presentations, enter project data, etc.

Qualifications

  • Possessing bachelor’s degree with min of GPA at 3.00
  • Min 2-3 years of working experience
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
  • Good at details (analytical and thinking skill)
  • Have good general management skills and relationship management
  • Self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals
  • High level of professionalism
