Job Description

Overseeing the onboarding, training, and management of your assigned team of marketers. Analyzing historical data to discover new opportunities and properly communicating your findings to both team members and management. Providing guidance to team members during their marketing experiments.  Assisting the Special Projects Lead in the transition from experiment to playbook. Sourcing new campaign opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold emails.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2-3 years of previous leadership experience

  • Prior marketing experience in social media, content, or public relations is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in written and oral communication required - we want our Lead Marketing Specialists to provide consistent, quality feedback to their team

  • Passion for creative thought and ability to learn from past or present experiences.

  • Aptitude for learning, both through training, and independently.

  • We expect our Lead Marketing Specialist to be highly analytical - a demonstrated record of using statistics and data analysis to improve your work is required.

  • A BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Communication - Provide weekly team meetings to communicate goals and provide insight and guidance to team members

Data Analysis - ability to analyze historical data to understand trends and identify opportunities; consistently generates quality reports and provides regular insight to team members and management.

Organization & Attentiveness – Maintains an organized email inbox; responds to inbound emails within a 24-48 hour window.
