Agility is currently looking for a new member to join our amazing culture and high performing team.  This roll is for a full time bookkeeper who can also be an executive assistant.

  5. Bookkeeping in the primary focus with left over time used to assistant the CEO in optimizing the business.

Agility is looking for a permanent bookkeeper to join our small fast-paced technology team. This role will also involved assisting the CEO from day to day on tasks to optimize the business.  As a bookkeeper you will have strong administrative support, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office software and internet search skills. As an independent worker you are comfortable receiving instructions and completing tasks, at times with little additional information. You should have experience managing the books completely including reconciliation, credit card processing, Payroll, AP/AR and Collections. GST and other government processes are also required.

Qualifications

 

  • University Graduate Degree in finance/business.
  • At least two years experience with QuickBooks Online (NOT Quickbooks Desktop)
  • Have previous experience in maintaining a complete set of books, month-end closing, and preparing financial reports when requested
  • Excellent PC skills and proficient in use of Microsoft office products (Excel in particular)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
