We are currently remote 2 days a week.

Principal Duties:

The Solutions team provides operational support for all of AgileSRC’s client-facing projects, triaging issues, while at the same time providing feature development support in parallel with the other developers. In addition to development support, the Solutions team acts as the primary entry point for entry-level Software Engineers, providing a vehicle by which engineers joining the company have an opportunity to become acclimated with our tech stack, gain exposure to all of our client-facing projects, and discover passion-points within the software engineering realm. Our goal is to groom well-versed Software Engineers towards an eventual transition into a leadership role within AgileSRC.

Responsibilities:

• Work on design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Operate in a highly collaborative environment where you will work closely with other developers to work on ideas, prototype, execute, and deliver functional designs
• Work with small multi-disciplinary teams solving problems and coming up with solutions that apply perfect attention to detail and delight our clients
• Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every detail, every step of the way
• Provide ongoing development support to our internal team and client base

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or similar) or equivalent technical experience (4+ years)
• The ability to function within UNIX/Linux server environments as an admin
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently
• Understanding and experience with the Agile Software Development Process
• Experience working with AWS/Azure preferred with the ability to deploy and maintain infrastructure. Certification(s) preferred
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident is required. The ability to sponsor a visa is not available for this role.

Ability to demonstrate solid skills in one or more of the following:

• Java
• Python
• JavaScript / NodeJS
• C#

• We currently are operating with a hybrid schedule -  3 days in the office which is located near Mills and Colonial the remainder working from home. It is preferred that the candidate is local to Orlando, FL.
