We are not your run-of-the-mill development company as our focus from the start of our 15+ years in business has always been about our staff and their ability to learn and grow. Based in downtown Orlando, AgileSRC is looking for well-grounded, self-starting developers that understand the value of cloud computing (AWS skills are a huge plus), has experience with C#, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, and Python, as well as knows the ins and outs of mobile development and web apps. We are looking for superstars! Those with management and leadership experience jump to the head of the line when it comes to interviewing.

We emphasize work-life balance, with our staff working on average less than 42.5 hours per week, plus we have great benefits for a smaller up-in-coming company (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays).

To be considered, you will need to be in the Central Florida area (or moving to the Sunshine State - sorry, we don't provide relocation assistance), provide salary requirements, have a minimum of a BA in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience (10+ years)  (MS preferred for this role and a minimum of 8 years of experience).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and ten years of experience or equivalent technical expertise (MS preferred).

• Experience managing teams of 5 or more people (preferred)

• Comfort in UNIX/Linux server environments

• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to also work independently

• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter and excellent problem solver

• Experience using AWS or other Cloud services is preferred with certifications.

• Experience with Mobile and web app development

Ability to demonstrate solid skills in the following:

• Java

• Javascript / NodeJS

• C++ and C# (and C is a plus)

• Python
