Job Description

Own the delivery of fixed‑price cybersecurity enablement projects end‑to‑end—from scope and schedule to acceptance and handoff—while partnering with Principal Consultants who own the technical architecture and design decisions. Your job is project governance, quality, risk/change control, stakeholder communication, and ensuring audit‑ready outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery governance: Drive schedule, resources, status, and issue/risk management; ensure on‑time/on‑budget delivery.

  • Quality gates: Enforce SOW clarity, acceptance criteria, and readiness/exit checklists; ensure technical reviews happen (run by Principal Consultants).

  • Compliance evidence: Standardize evidence packages (what/where/how); coordinate with GRC for SSP/POA&M inputs.

  • Change control: Maintain a visible RAID log; run a disciplined change‑order process protecting scope and margin.

  • Stakeholder comms: Run customer status, executive summaries, and expectation management; manage escalations calmly.

  • Handoff to MSP: Transition finished work to SDM—MSP with runbooks, SLAs/OLAs, and monitoring requirements.

  • Financial hygiene: Track burn vs. budget, forecast to complete, and project margin using PSA dashboards; highlight recovery plans early.

  • Standardization: Promote reuse of templates/checklists; capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Success Metrics (6–12 months)

  • On‑time/on‑budget ≥ 90% of projects; margin at/above plan.

  • Rework < 5% of hours; clean acceptance with documented evidence.

  • Time‑to‑audit‑ready reduced vs. baseline

  • CSAT ≥ 4.5/5

  • ≥ 33% attach to Managed Services within 90 days of go‑live.
