A3T is seeking qualified candidates for support of the Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) capabilities of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Nimitz Operational Intelligence Command (OIC). We provide IT support services to ONI OIC to include tier 1 through 3 on-call support, planning and scheduling, customer/user support, systems engineering and technical assessments, software engineering, system administration and operation, database administration and development, system/software testing and break-fix support. Further support includes the migration of MDA capabilities to the cloud and the application of artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) tools to existing MDA data sets.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Analyze functional requirements/user stories and translate requirements into written test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Assist developers and participates in technical analysis
• Follow best practice standards for the Software Development Life Cycle
• Participate in release-related activities including pre-release planning, mock release activities, smoke testing during release, disaster recovery testing, and post-release verification
• Define appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design
• Interface with business representatives and technical management in understanding the business needs and developing technical system requirements
• Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions periodically during the software development and testing phase to ensure ease of use and requirements are met

• U.S. citizen with active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong self-starter attitude, team-oriented and good communication skills are a must
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team on assigned tasks, expectations, and schedules
• Sharp attention to detail
