• Performs mobile device management (MDM) on various operating systems (iOS, Android, macOS, Google and Windows) and is capable of resolving mobility related problems
• Reads and understands manuals for software and hardware applicable to DoD policies and procedures.
• Integrates MDM with database, application, and infrastructure security protocols and maintains inventory records for all devices and applications
• Provides MDM technical integrations with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools Provides MDM integration with security systems, endpoint device management and anti-virus software, and data loss prevention. Incorporates NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) latest mobile security principles, techniques, and protocols.                                                                                                     

• Education: Bachelors’ in Management of Information Systems/Technology or similar degree.
• Clearance: Secret
• Four (4) years’ experience performing Mobile Device Management; preferably within the Federal Government
• Required Certifications: Security +, CompTIA Mobility +, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), CCNP Wireless (Cisco), GMOB (GIAC), VCP-DW 2019 or similar certifications.
