• Serves as the primary interface and point of contract with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on contract administration issues
•  Ensures work efforts achieve the outcomes specified in the contract
• Supervises day- to-day delivery of support services by developing management and quality control procedures, planning, and directing program execution, monitors cost, schedule, performance, and manages risk, and resource allocation
• Prepares and delivers Monthly Status Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, and attends Kick Off Meeting
• Manages current and future Mobility related programs and enhancements
•  Analyzes Program information and makes sound programmatic judgements pertaining to contract execution

•  Clearance: Secret
•  Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Management of Information Systems/Technology; and Master’s degree in any field.
•  Seven (7) or more years related experience managing large and complex projects; preferably Mobility projects within the Federal Government
•  Required Certifications: DAWIA Level II certification in Project Management or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as issued by Project Management Institute.
