Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary interface and point of contract with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on contract administration issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring the work efforts achieve the outcomes specified in the contract. 
  • Supervises day- to-day delivery of support services by developing management and quality control procedures, planning, and directing program execution, monitors cost, schedule, performance, and manages risk, and resource allocation. 
  • Creates and Delivers Monthly Status Reports, Weekly Progress Reports and attends, Customer Meetings to include contract Kick off Meetings, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the work efforts achieve the outcomes specified in the contract. 
  • Supervises day- to-day Help Desk, Information Technology, Web, DBA, and VTC/AV operations by developing management and quality control procedures, planning and directing program execution, monitors cost, schedule, performance, and manages risk, and resource allocation.

 

 

 


 

Qualifications

  • DOD Secret Clearance
  • Minimum 8 years in Information Technology for the DoD or Army
  • Minimum 5 years experience in management and supervisory in IT related   field, including Help Desk
  • Certification: IAT-II (Security +)
  • Specific technology experience: Remedy Microsoft Office, Cisco Virtual Private Network (VPN), Desktop Support and Imaging, Hardware and Software Lifecycle Management
