A3T has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Secret cleared Systems Engineer, Senior (SE) professional.  This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization in Fort Knox, Kentucky. 

The successful Systems Engineer will be a member of a team that provides data and application support services and a select range of IT services necessary to provide secure enterprise-wide systems sustainment, management, and enhancement, development and integration services for the lifecycle administration, management and deployment functions.

Under general direction, the Systems Engineer supports the Human Resources Command (HRC), Army Recruiting Support Program (ARSP), which supports Army accessioning and retention systems including Keystone, Request, Retain and KeyView.  You will perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implement very complex application that require a thorough knowledge of administrative, and technical skills.  Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E).  Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution. 

In addition, designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results.  Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required.  May be required to serve as Task Leader.  Responsible for ensuring the quality and services delivered for particular task(s) for which this skill in performing the Task Leader position.

Requirements:

• Clearance: Secret  

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science AND five to eight (5-8) years or more experience; or Associates of Arts with fifteen (15) years or more experience.

Certifications:

• Professional certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II or higher
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II.  CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT
  II certification.
• Must have Computing Environment certification.
