Responsible for providing software assistance to end users to includes technical guidance, training, and end user applications. Also is responsible for designing, updating training material, installing software, scheduling training the classroom and conducting COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) training courses. Lead Software Specialist will also serve as the IT support services Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all SharePoint issues.

 - Bachelors or Post-graduate degree
 - Minimum 6 years IT or related experience
 - Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification required
