Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups. Familiar with a variety of IT support concepts, practices and procedures.

 - Associates degree or equivalent
 - Minimum 6 years professional IT or related experience
 - Must have experience with CA Service Desk ticketing system, laptop technology, laser and inkjet printers, Ethernet cabling
 - Microsoft WinPE and Symantec Ghost suite
