Supports operation, performance, and availability of IT infrastructure services and IT security. Provides on-site monitoring, maintenance, and back-up support. Manages a team of telecommunications technicians and analysts who maintain and support voice, data and video communication systems within the organization. Identifies issues and appropriate courses of action. Researches and oversees implementation of new technologies.

 - Minimum 5 years professional IT experience or related field
 - Experience managing Cisco and Plycom systems in DOD environment
