Job Description

  • Translate Matna’s brand strategy into clear, consistent visual assets across all channels while maintaining a premium, global standard
  • Ensure strong brand consistency across digital, print, and on-ground materials, continuously refining and elevating the visual identity
  • Design high-impact marketing materials including social media content, campaigns, presentations, and product visuals to support business growth
  • Support go-to-market initiatives through compelling visual storytelling and close collaboration with marketing and business teams
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and internal communication materials with clarity, structure, and professionalism
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives with high-quality creative assets
  • Create and optimize visuals for web, social platforms, and digital campaigns, including contributions to website and digital experience improvements
  • Manage multiple design projects with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while meeting timelines and maintaining high creative standards
  • Build reusable templates and scalable design systems to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in graphic design, preferably in a structured business environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and corporate design work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments
