The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for positioning Matna as a leading cassava processing brand across B2B, institutional, and export markets. This role will drive market visibility, shape brand perception, and directly support revenue growth by translating Matna’s production capacity and product quality into compelling market demand.

Job Description
- Define and execute a clear brand positioning for Matna across local and international markets
- Build a strong, credible brand narrative that reflects quality, scale, and reliability
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and stakeholder touchpoints
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive demand for cassava-based products
- Support commercial teams with high-quality marketing materials, product profiles, and client-facing content
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities across B2B, FMCG, and export segments
- Lead all corporate communications, including investor-facing materials, partnerships, and public relations
- Position Matna effectively with key stakeholders including distributors, regulators, partners, and investors
- Manage reputation and ensure clear, consistent external communication
- Conduct market research to understand pricing trends, demand dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen market share and pricing power
- Monitor industry trends in agro-processing and food supply chains
- Oversee digital presence, including website, social platforms, and content strategy
- Develop high-impact content that communicates Matna’s value proposition and market leadership
- Leverage digital tools to enhance visibility, credibility, and lead generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 8–10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or commercial strategy roles
- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, food processing, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
- Proven track record of building brands and driving measurable business growth
- Strong experience in B2B marketing and market development
- Exposure to export markets or commodity-based industries is an advantage
