The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for positioning Matna’s production capability, quality standards, and operational reliability in the market through structured marketing and professional communication.

Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives that position Matna as a reliable producer of high-grade cassava starch for industrial and food applications
- Create structured marketing materials, product profiles, presentations, and digital content that accurately reflect factory standards and product quality
- Support the Commercial team with professional sales materials, proposals, and customer-facing documentation
- Manage corporate communication across digital platforms, website, social media, and industry channels to strengthen brand credibility
- Translate technical production and quality information into clear, compelling market messages for target customers
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels
- Support participation in industry events, trade engagements, and customer visits with appropriate communication materials
- Gather market feedback and insights to support commercial positioning and messaging refinement
- Maintain organized marketing content, documentation, and communication records for easy access and reuse
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing messages align with operational realities and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–8 years’ marketing or corporate communications experience within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience creating B2B marketing materials for industrial or food manufacturing audiences
- Strong content development, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical and operational information into market-friendly messaging
- Experience supporting commercial teams with structured marketing collateral
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, content management, and design platforms
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- High level of professionalism, creativity, and process discipline
