We are looking out to hire a dynamic and well experinced operations specialist 

In this role ,you will be responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within a business. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations. 
  • Optimize operations processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist the operations manager developing, planning, and coordinating activities on the farm. 
  • Maintain regular communications with operations managers, staffs, and vendors to     
  • Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
  • Onboard new employees on organization best practices and ensuring there adhere to it.
  • Interact with clients and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Resolve operational challenges as needs arise.
  • Track and report operational performance.
  • Create appropriate farm documents as it relates to farm operations and maintain farm policies.
  • Inventory and stock taking, supervising maintenance of farm facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Strong people management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
