We are looking out to hire a reliable and well-experienced all-round Excavator Operator to join our capable team of professionals.
Job Description
- Operating our excavator machinery and other equipment used in excavation project.
- Inspecting equipment to ensure that is functioning properly and performing as intend.
- Performing manual labor task such as digging trenches, moving dirt, and pouring concrete.
- Monitoring the progress of work being done by other workers on site.
- Keeping records of time spent working, material used, and equipment maintenance issue to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Operating heavy machinery to remove dirt, rocks and other materials to construct roadway, dams, and other large projects.
- Operating construction equipment to remove debris from building sites.
- Installing pipes and other material for water and sewage system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Agribusiness experience is a plus)
- Ability to perform operations using units to calculate weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to convey information to team member and understand information from team member.
- Ability to understand how to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience performing maintenance on Excavator and other machinery with a relevant driver’s license.
