Job Description

Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

  • Coordinate internal resources, vendors and other third parties for the excellent execution of projects.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction through excellent project delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Plan from scratch and execute project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical practicability.
  • Ensure proper resources allocation to ensure we stay on track with time and budgets.
  • Develop a detailed project plan that will ease tracking of the project progress.
  • Use up-to-date tools and techniques to track and implement changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate risks and triggers to management in a timely manner to save situations.
  • Perform risk analysis and management to mitigate project risks and have proper work-around plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders on every project.
  • Ensure proper project documentation from the design of the project charter to the closing of each project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven working experience on project management in the information technology space.
  • PMP or any other professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Office base: Lagos & Ado-EKITI, Nigeria with approximately 25% travel (within Nigeria and internationally)
