We run packaging cleaning facilities that process used packaging for our brand partners, allowing them to use it again, instead of going into landfill or incineration.

Job Description

Join us as the Site Lead at one of our new CleanCell units. 

You'll be responsible for the output, quality and team at one of brand new CleanCell facilities: 

  • Direct the operations within the CleanCell facility, ensuring that customer commitments are met on time.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operators at the facility.
  • Co-ordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Lead the inventory reporting by inputting data in our system.
  • Support the Head of Operations and QA manager with site audits.
  • Reporting of issues and fixing small issues on site.
  • Providing feedback and new ideas to our technology and sales teams. 

You will report to the Head of Operations, who oversees all CleanCell facilities.

Our core operating hours are 9am to 5pm.

Qualifications

  • 5 years+ experience in food and beverage production.
  • Experience following hygiene & safety requirements. 
  • Experience leading teams of operators or production personnel.
  • Experience operating forklift.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Competent using email, Microsoft word and excel.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
