Job Description

Project:

Project Execution:

  1. Ensures project plan is being adhered to and raises flags at the right time
  2. Should be ready to work hands on as required in crunch situations

Project and People Management:

  1. Plans detailed project timelines with offshore/clients and ensures that they are met
  2. Can manage team dynamics and provides timely feedback to reportees
  3. Timeline escalation of issues
  4. Manages people issues and conflicts and responsible for reportees’ career planning
  5. Helps offshore manager/consultant with resource planning in terms of giving heads up on renewals and new threads

Communication:

  1. Gathers feedback from the client regarding onsite and offshore and owns all communication regarding onsite performance Provides timely feedback to offshore
  2. Communicates with the client proactively regarding renewals and new opportunities
  3. Regular catch up with onsite resources to understand deliverables status

Solution Design and Account Maintenance:

  1. Identify opportunities of additional business within the account and lead initiatives on Solutioning
  2. Increase overall size of the thread and estimated profitability on an ongoing basis

Organizational Activity:

  1. Takes regular Interviews and ensures reportees are completing trainings on time
  2. Continuous upskilling of self
