Company Description

The company we are currently hiring for is an inbound call center that operates Monday-Friday from 5am-midnight and Saturday-Sunday from 7am-8pm. The company is a telecommunications provider.

Job Description

Candidates will be sitting at a desk all day answering phone calls with regards to: general questions, billing, taking payments, customer retention, etc. Candidates will also be inputting information to the computers.

Qualifications

Must have:

Basic knowledge of computers. 

Open availability 

Customer service skills


Nice to have:

Call center/customer service experience

Experience with sales


Dis-Qualifiers:

Not having completely open availability.

Not being about to communicate with customers/co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.

Lack of basic computer skills.
