Job Description
Provide assembly methods engineering support in the development, implementation and documentation of production processes in the manufacture of electronic assemblies.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
- Establish and maintain equipment programming for Siemens X series equipment.
- Work with Supplier and Process Engineering to establish programming methodology.
- Implement training for Methods programmers.
- Installation of programming tools.
- Manage licensing of software, in conjunction with IT department.
- Write and maintain all required documents for Methods pertaining to Siemens.
- Manage collection and transfer of traceability data to FlexFlow.
- Interact with Operations and Engineering on a regular basis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED Basic Qualification:
- Asscociates Degree or minimum of 5 years experience in related field.
- Advanced Computer skills required
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Siemens SiPlace (other Pick and Place equipment programming knowledge will be considered)
- GC Prevue
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have skills):
- FabMaster Assembly Expert
- Vb.net
- Ability to operate SMT equipment
