Job Description

As the Business Development Representative, you will partner with a Sales Director to identify, qualify and close enterprise opportunities via multiple channels. Your role is critical to our success and your ability to develop our pipeline of enterprise opportunities will help us achieve our revenue goals.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identify opportunities and arrange meetings with prospective clients, supporting the sales team to demonstrate Adzerk’s technology offering and close new accounts

  • Implementing best outreach practices to yield maximum results

  • Work with marketing team to qualify, manage and treat database of marketing-qualified leads

  • Achieve targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

  • Become an expert in Adzerk’s products, as well as the Digital Ad Serving industry

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Development Role, setting appointments and consistently meeting KPIs and daily activity

  • Relevant experience in a hands-on lead generation role (preferably in Digital Adertising, but not mandatory)

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets as a top performer in your current role

  • Hunger for developing new business opportunities

  • High energy, results-oriented and self-motivated team player

  • “Can-do attitude” - not to see problems, only solutions

  • Strong communications skills - both verbal and written

  • Actively seeking a position in a fast paced startup environment
