Job Description

 

  • Understand Client's requirement for system development and define solutions based on the Advotics product range and business domain including discussions with the product team
  • Develop business requirement documents based on defined solutions as basis for system development 
  • Develop project plan and identify dependencies
  • Identify obstacles encountered during the project and find solutions
  • Manage the overall project run effectively and ensure the achievement of the project milestone
  • Interface with all parties involved in the project (e.g., sales, product, engineering)
  • Continuously drive process and operational improvements together with other Product Operation team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities
  • Minimum 4+ years as IT business analyst or project manager position preferably from the SaaS company
  • Having knowledge in Supply chain management, FMCG, Automotive is a plus point
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of client behaviors
  • Solid oral and written communications skills
  • Fast learner and comfortable in leading independently without much supervision in a complex and fast-paced environment
