Job Description

·  Create strategic partnership plans for establishing new sales channels, including target market, partnership types, levels, business target, and commercial scheme

·  Approach potential partners (strategic and local partners) to explore collaboration opportunities, including negotiate, close, and manage required paper works

·  Build long term strategic relationship with partners

·  Build and manage partnership acquisition team

·  Measure the partnership impact and analyze any potential areas of improvement

·  Create measurement mechanism to evaluate partner performance

·  Continuously be on top of B2B and SaaS trends in the region

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree from Business, Management, or Engineering major, with minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field

·  Proven experience in delivering results based on performance target

·  Experience in management consulting is a plus

·  Strong understanding of business objectives and metrics and commercially astute

·  Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and project management skills

·  Solid analytical thinking and problem solving skills

·  Able to work with all levels in the organization and with external parties

·  Strong can do attitudes, result driven, love challenges, and enjoy working in high pace environmen
