Advanced Care Staffing is recruiting for entry-level Concierge to
work for a nursing home in Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and politely welcome patients, families and visitors,
  and make everyone feel at home
• Review, update and familiarize guest services directory and
  respond to inquiries. 
• Handle requests from patients and make sure customers receive
  adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns.
•  Assist residents with non-clinical requests like taking meal
  orders, transporting residents to activities, helping with television or
  telephone, and others.
•  Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents,
  families and visitors.
•  Share information and refer customer concerns with the appropriate
  staff
• Address customer concerns and answer questions or direct inquiry
  to the appropriate staff
•  Monitor entry area for visitors and guests
•  Other tasks as assigned by administration

Hours:

 8:30am - 5:00pm 
40 hour work week

Hospitality background - hotel / hospital background

Associates degree preferred / HS diploma mandatory

Bilingual - Spanish / English

Great verbal skills (phone/personal)

Motivated

Assertive

Able to take direction

Multitasking

Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits as approved by HR
department.
