Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to plan, develop and execute projects in the mobile payment and digital advertising space. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the mVAS landscape and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. 

YOUR MAIN DUTIES:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project objectives

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective mitigation strategies

  • Report project outcomes and/or potential issues to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plans

  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis of healing and problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution

  • Form partnerships across departments to streamline work processes and improve the speed at which the company can respond to and capitalize on opportunities

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to access performance and identify areas of improvement

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Stay abreast of of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in the mVAS sector

Qualifications

  • English fluency is a must

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within mVAS industry 

  • Professional certification such as PMP, CSM, CSP is preferred

  • A sense of ownership and price in the performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills

  • Expertise in conflict resolution

  • Proficiency in project management software and related tools including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, etc.
