Job Description
We are offering an immediate opening for an Operations Assistant based in our Ho Chi Minh office. The vacancy is ideal for an enthusiastic, energic and versatile person, who is ready to show his or her value in the fast and constantly changing industry. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks together with cross-functional collaboration.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Work closely with Finance team to follow up with invoices and payment process on daily basis
- Prepare Sales reports for monthly results; proactively update sales platforms based on reports
- Maintain and update internal process documents; keep cross-functional teams posted on internal process changes
- Liaise with different departments to improve internal performance and work efficiency, and forward all feedback/ suggestions/ recommendation for improvement
- Create relevant presentations, documents, databases that support analyzing daily statistics, improving processes and trainings
- Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding - offboarding processes
- Coordinate Sales - Marketing team meetings, events on weekly/monthly basis
- Act as second-in-command to the Operations Executive, and take care of all duties in her absence
Qualifications
- English fluency in both verbal and written communications is a must
- At least one year working experience in project or operations support, but fresh graduates with background of Business Administration/ Marketing or related fields are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google work space
- High attention to details
- Cross-functional collaboration and adaptability
- Fast learner and strongly motivated
- Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
- Strong personalities to work under pressure and high level of patience
