We are looking for a dynamic, open-minded code ninja with the ambition to pave the wave for Adspire's 10x growth over the next 12 months by leveraging the power of technology.

As Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the lead developer and work in tight connection with the CEO. You will help define the tech strategy for the company, lead our R&D efforts, and develop and evolve the company’s IT infrastructure and internal SW tools. 

The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex problems with innovative technology solutions. Obsessed with efficiency. Experienced in designing scalable workflows and SW infrastructures. Able to understand the business needs and define the requirements for the best solution.

These are some of the technologies and tools you will be working with:

• Marketing APIs of advertising networks (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Outbrain, Twitter etc)
• airtable custom extensions
• Reporting dashboards

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end the development of the company’s IT systems and software
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
• Develop and maintain high-quality coding standards
• Maintain and update existing applications
• Implement new technologies and processes
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends 
• Assist team members with any IT and tech-related requests

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Expert knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, DataBases, and related web technologies
• Proficient with spreadsheets, data processing and formulas
• Scientific and Analytical mindset 
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Full professional proficiency in English (we are an international company)

Our team is spread across the world and this is a work from home position.
