Role - Desk side Support

Job Locations –  Temse, Belgium

Duration -  Contract to hire (initially 6 months contract and then permanent to HCL)

 

Job Description:

·        Technician needed for large asset refresh project. 

·        Candidate must be able to deploy several PCs per day. 

·        Desired candidate should be familiar with laptop and desktop hardware, installing and repairing software, Windows 7 Imaging, Outlook troubleshooting (.pst files, archives, profiles, etc.), asset management, Excel spreadsheets, Lotus Notes, mapping network drives and printers, Active Directory, and network technologies. 

·        We need a motivated individual who can work without much supervision and be able to resolve technical issues as they arise. 

·        This is a customer facing position which will require face to face interaction with clients in multiple office and laboratory environments. 

·        Selected candidate must be detail oriented with the ability to schedule deployments and interact with clients via Skype, email, and phone. Individual should have good communication skills.

·        MCDST or CompTIA A+ Certified preferred.

 

2-3 years of Desk side Support Experience is required
