Job brief for General Manager – 

Drive business growth and ensure sales are maximised through real engagement and promotion of quality food and people!! Provide a professional and effortlessly cool hospitality service, ensuring that standards and image are achieved and maintained at all times.

• Full P+L and financial accountability
• Lead and develop a team to hit all daily financials targets
• Complete compliance and H&S ownership
• Promote service culture and continually improve guest experience and audit results
