My Berkshire based private members club is actively looking for a new Pastry chef to deliver, run and manage this very busy department.

The role is 5days over 7 with straight shifts. Working with a talented Exec and Head chef in stunning surrounds right on the river in the heart of Henley.

You will be required to plan and produce an all day dinning pastry menu including a very successful afternoon tea service,

Deliver the right finance results for the Exec and maintain and standard within this private members exclusive location it the heart of Henley on Thames.

You will be required to create some really nice well presented dishes, some really relaxed style pastry and desserts but on occasions some outstanding fine dinning style produce.

This is a role where you can pretty much have your own department, create your style, your own dishes and enjoy yourself at the same time,
