Job brief for Assistant General Manager – 

Drive business growth and ensure sales are maximised through real engagement and promotion of quality food and people!! Provide a professional and effortlessly cool hospitality service, ensuring that standards and image are achieved and maintained at all times.

·Support GM on all operational aspects of the role

·Lead and develop a team to hit all daily financials targets

·Complete compliance and H&S ownership
